$50 Parking Pass per vehicle, per stay is not included. Additional Fee applies and will be added to total stay.

No renters under age of 22 policy is strictly enforced. Parties are not allowed and violators will be required to leave if noise disturbance is reported.

The Condo is 100% Non-Smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in $250 fine. By booking this unit, you agree to these policies.

The space
The unit is directly across the street from the beach is just a 5-minute walk to the white sand and ocean. Wind Drift features access to private beach and 2 pools (bayside and beach side). New Pickle Ball Courts / Tennis Court opened in Jan, 2023. Unit is located on the 4th floor in Wind Drift Condominium bayside low-rise complex which has 6 floors. Enjoy views of Ono Island from the floor to ceiling windows and oversized balcony with soft seating furniture set. Take in gulf views from the front porch while relaxing in the Adirondack seating set.

Inside, the living room provides ample seating for your party with an oversized leather sectional sofa and 65-inch smart TV with cable. The kitchen features granite counter bar with 4 bar stools and dining table seats 6. The well-stocked cook’s kitchen provides both Keurig and Mr. Coffee Maker. The master bedroom features 1 King bed, 40-inch flat screen and private master bathroom with tub/shower. The guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds and 40-inch flat screen smart TV. All beds feature hotel quality sheets. A hall bathroom for guest bath features tub/shower.

In the balcony closet you will find high quality beach chairs and beach umbrella. In season - beach chair service is provided by Shelley's Beach Service for $40 per day. Bring your rods and reels (or use ours) and catch some of the Gulf’s finest seafood. The new boat slips are now open and feature 24 first-come, first-serve boat slips. Shore power, water and fish cleaning station provided. Boat ramp and boat parking available. Boat slip / Boat yard fee is $50 per day or $300 per week and not included with rental.

Condo is equipped with starter amenities: soap, shampoo, lotion, Keurig pods, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Coffee filters and beach towels are also provided. ***Effective May 1st, parking passes must be purchased online through HOA Website at $50 per pass per stay plus applicable fees. Parking instructions will be sent upon booking. Minimum age for renters is 22.
Guest access
Easy access on check-in day with keyless entry pad on door. Unique code specific to each guest will be provided prior to arrival.

Additional notes
New boat slip and dock have opened (re-built after Hurricane Sally). 24 Boat slips are first come, first serve and include shore power. Dock provides 2 fish cleaning stations and water slicker. Daily boat fee is $50 includes board yard storage. Weekly rate discounted to $300 per week. Boat registration must be completed with HOA 7 days prior to arrival and is based on availability.
